To arrange for refund for faulty products:
Step 1: Take photos of the product to prove the faulty product. The photo has to be clear.
Step 2: Send your proves and provide your order number to our whatsapp @ 012-794 0932 or email us directly.
Step 3: Our customer Service will contact you asap to follow up on the case.
Note : For Fresh Products, prove of faulty has to be send to us on the same day of delivery. Bank Transfers will be issued within 14 working days after we had confirmed and finalised the refund case.
If you aren’t happy with any of your items, simply hand them back to your delivery driver at the time of delivery, or to one of our colleagues when pickup. We will then arrange for a refund via e-voucher or transfer to bank.
Our team of pickers do their best to choose only the freshest products with the longest expiry dates for you. If you’re not happy with the fresh food or groceries we’ve delivered, our Freshness Guarantee means you can hand it back to your driver on the same day and we’ll arrange a refund for you.
After delivery, unwanted items can be returned to our warehouse at 36, JALAN PANTAI JERJAK 17, BAYAN LEPAS, 11900, PENANG. Simply bring your delivery note or invoice and we’ll happily offer a replacement or refund. For perishable food items, please return within 24 hours.
We do not accept cancellation of orders as majority of the products are fresh products and they are freshly ordered based on daily basis. However, if you are able to provide a valid reason for your cancellation, we would always consider. Even though, we hold the final decision of on the cancellation of your order. If you would like to do so, we would recommend to change the date of delivery or change the address.
Please be aware that we cannot accept change of mind returns on certain products due to health and hygiene reasons (such as toothbrushes).
